Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a part-time Community Associate in Kalamazoo to support customers, manage center operations, and coordinate services. You will assist with inquiries, set up equipment, and ensure invoices are accurate while helping organize local networking events.

You will work on-site with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, multitasking, and maintaining a welcoming center environment.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide excellent service.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and maintain a thriving community within the center.
• Handle inquiries, set up services, and process invoices and tickets.
• Support events planning and help with notices and posters in the center.
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness before center opening and after events.
