Job summary

IWG in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate to join our on-site team. Schedule: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, Monday–Friday, 4 hours per week.

You will help customers, manage front-desk tasks, set up projectors, assist with Wi‑Fi codes, and keep the center organized so members can run their day smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with 1+ years of customer service, able to multitask, and comfortable using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and center services.
• Set up projectors and assist with Wi‑Fi codes and directions.
• Keep the center organized and communicate with the team.
• Manage front-desk tasks and help process notices and mail.
