Job summary

Caliber Living is seeking a part-time Community Assistant for the Gainesville, FL campus. The role focuses on leasing, customer service, and marketing outreach to students and local businesses. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and help maintain the property to resident-ready standards.

The position reports to the Community Manager and offers hourly compensation with expectations to generate leasing traffic and support ongoing resident services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in leasing or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to tour prospective residents and close leases.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with customer service items and leasing processes.
• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease documents.
• Maintain lease files and log daily traffic from all sources.
• Follow up with prospects in a timely manner via phone, text, and email.
• Assist with on-site marketing and outreach to campuses and local businesses.
• Support community manager with daily tasks and resident requests.
