Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a community within the center and assist customers with inquiries.
• Assist with Wi‑Fi codes, directions, and package inquiries.
• Process invoices and ensure services are correctly charged.
• Plan and coordinate networking events and invites.
• Close the day by tidying the center and preparing for the next day.
