Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Ridge At Southcross in San Antonio, TX. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations, financial health, and resident experience, with a clear path to grow into a Community Manager role.

The role requires 3+ years in property management, knowledge of regulations, rent collection, and a valid driver's license. A Nevada license is a conditional requirement tied to employment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of property management regulations and fair housing laws.
• Experience with rent collection, delinquency management, and basic financial reporting.
• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• This position is conditional upon successfully applying for and maintaining a Nevada Private Investigator's License, also known as a work card.

Responsibilities

• Financial management: collect rent, audit invoices, assist with budgets and expenses.
• Leasing and resident relations to support occupancy goals and strong customer service.
• Maintain property conditions: inspections, coordinate with maintenance, manage work orders, and communicate with vendors.
• Support on-site team leadership and adherence to standards.
