Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group in San Antonio is seeking a Community Manager for Amber Hills to lead on-site operations and drive both resident satisfaction and financial performance. You will act as the property's CEO, coordinating the on-site team and aligning daily activities with company goals.

You will own the budgeting process, oversee rent collections and expenses, supervise hiring and payroll, and drive leasing and marketing to sustain high occupancy.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in property or community management.
• Budgeting, financial reporting, and resident relations experience.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and property regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Nevada work card/license condition noted in description.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property's annual budget and financial reports.
• Lead and mentor the on-site team, including hiring and payroll.
• Drive leasing activities, set rental rates, and manage renewals.
• Cultivate positive resident relations and enforce property policies.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor relationships, and property operations.
