Surface Experts seeks skilled technicians who repair or restore items requiring color matching. You will be in the field daily, performing on-site repairs, communicating with tenants and staff, and solving problems with a hands-on, artistic approach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manual work experience in construction, manufacturing, painting, or sculpting.
• A background in handyman or facilities maintenance is helpful.
• Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors for accurate color matching.
• Ability to carry 25-50+ pounds of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete 1 to 4+ on-site repairs daily, showcasing craft and customer service.
• Maintain strong customer service and communicate progress to tenants and staff.
• Learn and apply our 5-step repair process to each unique repair.
