Surface Experts is seeking a creative on-site Technician to perform repairs at various client locations, delivering color-matched results and professional service. You will operate with a focused 5-step process and use provided tools to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience doing some form of manual work.
• Be willing to start fresh if the finishing match & design are not spot on; repetition makes better in time.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors – a familiarity with color and color matching is integral to our process.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day.
• Perform work on-location while displaying good customer service and communication.
• Problem-solve with repairs in settings like apartments, hotels, or construction sites.
• Treat tenants and staff with exceptional customer service.
• Use Phone App for Work Order Completion; Notes; Photos of completed work.
• Learn and follow our 5-step repair process and master each tool in the toolkit.
