Surface Experts is seeking a skilled technician to perform on-site repairs with a focus on color matching and artistic solutions. You’ll work with customers directly, document work via a mobile app, and follow a structured repair process that emphasizes quality and efficiency.

The role offers hands-on training, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities to develop expertise in a growing, aesthetic-focused trade. On-site work with a company vehicle provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with manual work.
• Willing to start fresh if finish matching isn’t exact.
• Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4+ creative repairs on-site daily.
• Perform on-location work with strong customer service.
• Troubleshoot repairs in diverse settings (apartments, hotels, sites).
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and customers.
• Use the mobile app for work orders, notes, and photos.
• Follow a 5-step repair process and expand tool-kit familiarity.
• Apply artistic color-matching to unique repair designs.
