Qualifications

• Hands-on experience doing some form of manual work across construction, manufacturing, painting or sculpting.
• Background in handyman or facilities maintenance is helpful but not required.
• Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors; familiarity with color matching is essential.
• Able to carry 25-50+ pounds of equipment and supplies in and out of large sites and complexes.

Responsibilities

• Complete 1 to 4+ on-site repairs daily, delivering quality workmanship.
• Provide on-location service with strong customer communication.
• Solve problems across varied settings like apartments, hotels, and construction sites.
