Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with manual work across trades.
• Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors accurately.
• Background in facilities maintenance is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 or more on-site repairs daily.
• Interact with tenants and staff with strong customer service.
• Document progress in CRM/Dispatch tools and coordinate with Support Team.
