Surface Experts of Northern Colorado is hiring a technician to perform on-site color-matching repairs with a focus on quality and customer communication. You will work directly with clients at apartments, hotels, and other sites, applying creativity to each unique repair.

You will receive training, use a personal toolkit, and contribute to a collaborative, small-business culture that supports growth and mentorship in a local setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience doing manual work across several settings.
• Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors accurately.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with facilities maintenance is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4+ on-site repairs daily, delivering quality workmanship.
• Provide strong customer service while working on location.
• Update progress using the CRM/Dispatch tool and coordinate with team.
• Follow the 5-step repair process and use tool-kit effectively.
