Job summary

Surface Experts is hiring a Technician to perform on-site repairs for a variety of surfaces, using color-matching skills and an artistic approach. You will work daily in client environments, maintain strong communication, and follow a unique 5-step process to ensure high-quality results.

You will be equipped with tools and a company vehicle, with training and career development opportunities. The role emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience doing some form of manual work.
• Background in facilities maintenance is helpful but not a deal breaker.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day.
• Perform work on-location with strong customer service and communication.
• Problem-solve repairs in diverse settings (apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites).
• Treat tenants and staff with exceptional customer service.
• Update progress on repairs in the CRM/Dispatch tool.
• Collaborate with the Support Team to resolve issues.
• Learn and apply the 5-step repair process.
• Master each instrument and tool in your personalized toolkit.
• Apply unique repair solutions for each job.
