Job summary

Collision Partners seeks an exceptional Customer Service Representative to represent us on-site at our partner dealership. You’ll inspect vehicles, spot damage and repair needs, explain the work clearly, and coordinate smooth handoffs between customers, dealership, and our shop.

You’ll be the first and last impression of our business, building relationships, solving problems, and delivering a white-glove customer experience in a fast-paced, in-person role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience as a service advisor, service writer, or estimator in a dealership, collision, or automotive repair setting.
• Working knowledge of vehicle systems; able to walkarounds and recognize collision damage and common mechanical issues.
• Strong verbal communication skills; able to explain repairs clearly and guide customers to a decision without pressure.
• ASE C1 or I-CAR training a plus; CCC ONE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Do thorough vehicle walkarounds with customers to find collision damage and spot possible mechanical concerns; document with photos.
• Greet dealership customers with professionalism, warmth, and confidence, and quickly build trust as the face of Collision Partners.
• Explain the repair process, what the repair order covers, and what customers can expect, in plain and friendly language; collect required information and coordinate handoffs.
