Job summary

Community Coffee is seeking a Route Sales Representative to generate new business and service an assigned route. You will deliver products, maintain inventory, collect payments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

This on-site role requires a valid license, 1 year of sales experience, and the ability to work daily with restaurants and FSOP accounts. You’ll build relationships, hit profitability targets, and participate in trade shows and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1 year of customer sales and service experience.
• DSD route sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to sell and deliver products to customers.
• Achieve targets for route profitability through sales and service.
• Solicit additional product purchases from existing customers.
• Collect payments and manage daily deposits.
• Maintain sales, inventory, and delivery records.
• Load inventory on the truck and ensure product freshness.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and recover equipment as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service on every visit.
• Support trade shows and events to promote products.
