Job summary

Community Coffee is seeking a Route Relief Sales Representative to support the Sales Manager by planning relief for assigned routes, delivering products, maintaining inventory, and promoting customer satisfaction.

This on-site role requires daily travel between company location and customer establishments, a valid driver's license, DOT medical certification, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds; CDL may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; aptitude test may be required.
• Valid driver's license; CDL may be required depending on location.
• DOT medical certification.
• 21 years of age or older.
• COVID vaccination may be required depending on customer requirements.
• Experience with Community Coffee, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan relief schedules with the Sales Manager.
• Deliver products, equipment, and supplies to customers during relief periods.
• Solicit additional product purchases from current customers to drive sales.
• Collect payments and manage daily deposits.
• Load and maintain truck inventory for each customer visit.
• Maintain product freshness and shelf presentation.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable service.
• Service and repair coffee brewing equipment at client locations.
• Record sales, inventory, and delivery data accurately.
• Participate in trade shows and events to promote products.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and keep the truck clean.
