Job summary

Community Coffee is seeking a Presell Service Representative to promote our premium brand and service existing customers. You will deliver products, merchandise, collect payments, and maintain records, ensuring route profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree is preferred), at least 1 year in customer service or sales, and a valid driver’s license with DOT certification. Daily travel is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; aptitude test in lieu allowed.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Route sales and cold calling experience in a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) environment preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required depending on location.
• Acceptable driving record and DOT medical certification.
• Successful completion of pre-employment physical.
• Internal Only: Experience with Community Coffee may fulfill this requirement with approval.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products, equipment, and supplies to customers using a company vehicle.
• Rotate and merchandise products for optimal accessibility and presentation.
• Collect payments and perform daily bank deposits.
• Load and unload products and equipment and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain delivery, sales, and deposit records using a handheld device.
• Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
• Communicate with Presell Representatives and managers via phone, email, text, or in person.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collect empty containers and damaged merchandise per procedures.
• May perform additional duties as necessary.
