Job summary

Community Coffee is seeking a Presell Service Representative to promote our premium brand and serve existing customers in a fast-paced, on-site role. You will drive a company vehicle, merchandise products, process payments, and maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of customer service or sales experience, a valid license, and the ability to travel daily between locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passing score on aptitude test required in lieu of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and equipment to customers via company vehicle.
• Rotate and merchandise products for accessibility and presentation.
• Collect payments and make daily bank deposits.
• Load and unload products and equipment, ensuring order accuracy.
• Maintain and update delivery, sales, and deposit information using a handheld computer.
• Communicate effectively with Presell Representatives and managers via phone, email, text, or in person.
• Resolve customer concerns related to products or equipment in a timely and professional manner.
• Collect empty containers, expired, unsold, or damaged merchandise according to company procedures.
