Job summary
RiseMe is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced CNC sheet-metal processing equipment at customer facilities. You will be the primary technical rep on-site, working independently and with teams to restore performance and minimize downtime.
Responsibilities include diagnosing diverse systems, performing maintenance, reading schematics, and training customer personnel.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical diploma in mechatronics or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering is beneficial.
- Experience servicing CNC machinery or industrial automation preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation-related problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades.
- Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Train customer personnel on safe operation and maintenance best practices.
- Explain findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
- Document service actions with timely, accurate reports.
