Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced CNC sheet-metal processing equipment at customer sites. You will serve as the primary technical representative, working independently and with teams to restore performance and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include diagnosing diverse system issues, performing maintenance and upgrades, reading schematics, and delivering clear customer communications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in mechatronics or related field.
• Experience servicing CNC machinery or industrial automation preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to extensive travel and valid passport/driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and upgrades.
• Read schematics and diagrams for accurate repairs.
• Document service reports and communicate findings to customers.
• Train customer personnel on safe operation and maintenance.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering when needed.
