Job summary
RiseMe is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Technician to maintain and repair advanced CNC sheet-metal processing equipment at customer sites in Phoenix, AZ. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software issues, perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and machine upgrades, and deliver professional on-site support.

Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
- Experience with PLCs, CNC controls, and industrial networks.
- Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and manuals.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, software, and network problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, inspections, and upgrades.
- Read schematics, manuals, and installation docs to guide repairs.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify problems and verify repairs.
- Train customer personnel in safe operation and maintenance.
- Submit accurate service reports and coordinate with parts and engineering teams.
