Qualifications

• Proficient in Python, Go, Java, or C++.
• Strong Linux OS and open-source tech knowledge.
• Experience with network architecture, large-scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), AIOPS, APM, DR.
• Experience building automation for large-scale systems.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and other clouds.

Responsibilities

• Drive infrastructure automation and tooling for efficient operation and monitoring of global infrastructure.
• Collaborate on service lifecycle management with engineering teams to deploy, operate, and improve systems.
• Ensure service reliability with proactive monitoring, performance testing, and incident management.
• Perform core SRE practices: on-call duties, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and process improvements across teams.
