Job summary

INNOVIM Defense Services, LLC seeks a Mid-Level Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency on the IRES contract. This on-site role requires DoD secret clearance and experience migrating and managing cloud solutions.

The candidate will design, implement, and scale private, public, and hybrid cloud environments, ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery, and collaborate with stakeholders to plan growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of directly related cloud infrastructure experience.
• Experience with IAAS, PAAS and SAAS delivery models.
• Experience with enterprise server OSes (RHEL 7/8 and Windows Server 2019+).
• Implementing cybersecurity best practices in cloud environments.
• DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II certification required or equivalent.
• Active DoW Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in migrating functions and networks to private, public, and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Design, plan and implement client-specific cloud solutions.
• Identify appropriate cloud providers and ensure proper sizing and performance.
• Scale cloud services to meet growing demand and monitor usage.
• Implement security strategies, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery.
• Build infrastructure automation to enable rapid updates and deployment.
