Job summary

Memorial Home Services is seeking a Clinical Learning Consultant to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical learning solutions across the health system. The role partners with clinical leaders, educators, and stakeholders to strengthen workforce competence and patient safety.

The ideal candidate holds an Illinois RN license, a relevant advanced degree, and 3+ years of nursing experience with 2+ years in clinical education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Current RN license in Illinois.
• ACLS Instructor certification within 6 months.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• 2+ years in clinical education or serving as a clinical resource.
• Experience designing and evaluating clinical training programs using adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical learning solutions.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, educators, and stakeholders across the health system.
• Apply adult learning principles to close skills gaps and advance regulatory readiness.
• Travel to various care sites to deliver education and support initiatives.
