Job summary

On-site in Des Moines area, the role collaborates with clinicians and informatics teams, develops educational resources, and supports go-lives and workflow optimizations. Strong communication and Epic certification are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health‑related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year in a clinical role within a large health care system.
• Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and presentation formats.

Responsibilities

• On-site onboarding and system education for clinicians.
• Educate on system functions, workflows, and best practices.
• Collaborate with clinicians and IT teams to address workflow concerns.
• Provide on-site and elbow-to-elbow support during go-lives and implementations.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and ongoing workflow improvement.
• Maintain Epic certifications.
• Develop and share quick tips and educational resources.
• Assist with real-time troubleshooting of clinical workflows.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
