Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Health Informatics professional in a hybrid role based in Iowa. The position focuses on integrating health data, reporting, and performance improvement across care delivery.

You will work to manage information systems, support educational materials, and ensure compliance with policies. The role requires knowledge of health informatics, at least two years of related experience, and familiarity with clinical information systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health Informatics with at least two years in an informatics or related role.
• Working knowledge of clinical information systems and health IT.
• Understanding of change management principles.
• Understanding of project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Researches, collects & analyzes information.
• Identifies opportunities, develops solutions, & leads through resolution.
• Collaborates on performance improvement activities as indicated by outcomes in program efficiency & patient experience.
• Responsible for distribution of analytical reports.
• Utilizes multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports & develop educational materials.
• Incorporates basic knowledge of TH policies, practices & processes to ensure quality, confidentiality, & safety are prioritized.
• Synthesizes & analyzes data & provides detailed summaries including graphical data presentations illustrating trends & recommending practical options or solutions while considering the impact on business strategy & supporting leadership decision making.
• Leverages program & operational data & measurements to define & demonstrate progress, ROI & impacts.
