Job summary

Bosley HairClub in Cincinnati is hiring a Client Services Coordinator to provide exceptional service across the client journey. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, keep accurate records, and relay information between clients and medical or styling staff.

This on-site position supports daily center operations with inquiries by phone, email, and in person. You will assist with client consultations, explain services, and help navigate treatment options while collaborating with the sales

Qualifications

• Strong client services and customer service skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, and active listening.
• Administrative skills: scheduling, record-keeping, data entry, basic software.
• Willingness to support consultative sales conversations and treatment plans.
• Experience in healthcare, beauty, or wellness client-facing roles is a bonus.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
