Job summary

Brobston Group’s Cincinnati outlet is seeking a Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver an elevated client experience. You will provide styling guidance, product knowledge, and support store operations.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, welcoming clients, capturing information, following up, and encouraging repeat business. You will maintain an organized floor and stockroom while collaborating with colleagues and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales or a related customer service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up and time management skills.
• Computer skills including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs.
• Welcome clients, provide styling expertise and product knowledge, and build lasting client relationships.
