Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL, MS Access or Excel.
• Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational guidance to a team of Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate workload and cross-team communication for maximum impact.
• Escalate and resolve client issues as first level escalation.
• Develop and share ongoing learning opportunities for staff.
