Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a customer-focused, on-site support associate in Englewood, CO to promptly address client requests and ensure satisfaction. The role encompasses front office reception, deliveries, meeting setups and shared site services across locations.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask while working with minimal supervision. OT may be required and lifting up to 50 lbs is anticipated.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be flexible for OT.
• Must obtain required security/clearances to enter client premises.

Responsibilities

• Front office reception duties: greet visitors, answer calls, take messages, schedule rooms.
• Respond to customer needs, accept deliveries, set up meetings and food/beverages.
• May assist with copy/binding and copier maintenance.
• Inform supervisor of potential problems and respond to client requests promptly.
• Cover multiple site services and attend trainings to ensure coverage when short-staffed.
