Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in operations, fulfillment, or service delivery.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
• Proven coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills.
• Strong ownership of metrics, quality and continuous improvement.
• Experience in UCC, public records, or transactional services preferred.
