Job summary

CSC is seeking a Client Service Representative in Springfield, IL to support our Annual Reports and Business License team. This on-site role offers exposure to a large retail client and the opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a busy, collaborative environment.

You will cultivate strong client relationships, resolve inquiries, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and help drive process improvements while maintaining accurate records across multiple databases.
