Job summary

Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site in Mechanicsburg to act as the main liaison between Traba’s workforce and the client’s on-site leadership. You will manage day-to-day worker support, onboarding, scheduling, and cross-team communication to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires professionalism, bilingual communication, and the ability to build relationships while managing multiple priorities. Schedule: Sun-Thurs 11pm to 7am.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers; serve as primary relationship owner.
• Facilitate worker onboarding, introductions and first-day check-ins; coordinate interviews/schedules.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions and performance feedback; elevate issues as needed.
• Bridge communication between client site, Traba Ops and Worker Support teams; report updates clearly.
• Identify and flag worker performance concerns; handle incident management and escalations.
• Support day-to-day site operations; manage shift scheduling and PPE distribution.
• Identify opportunities for account growth within the account.
