Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within catering or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of event service standards and F&B operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate catering staff during events to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage event setup, including table arrangements, service stations, and décor as per client requirements.
• Oversee the serving of food and beverages, ensuring quality, presentation, and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout the event.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, addressing needs or concerns.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food items.
• Manage event breakdown and equipment return, ensuring cleanup.
• Train and guide new catering staff on service standards and procedures.
• Monitor inventory of service supplies and report shortages.
• Contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere for staff and guests.
