You will manage budgets, ensure HACCP compliance and food safety, recruit and mentor staff, and build innovative menus that meet diverse client needs while maintaining cost efficiency in a dynamic event calendar.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in a senior catering management or culinary leadership role.
• Experience in large-scale event catering and corporate functions.
• Strong culinary background with knowledge of international cuisines and menu engineering.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent understanding of HACCP, food safety standards and health regulations.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, service execution, and client relations for corporate events in Welkom.
