Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients.
• Owned enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system.
• Able to decline enrollments when not the right fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Communicate concisely and professionally with executives or high-net-worth individuals.
• Led in-person tours, presentations, or hosted experiences for affluent families.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry through onboarding.
• Handle 20+ active families concurrently, answering inquiries promptly and reviewing applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days for families.
• Make admit or decline recommendations and communicate decisions to families.
• Keep HubSpot/SIS current and report pipeline health weekly, using AI tools for prep and summaries.
