The position requires at least 2 years in dispatching and handyman/trades experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in service/trades/field-based industry.
• Minimum 2 years in handyman, construction, property maintenance, or related environment.
• Strong customer service background with confidence on the phone.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer communication and lead management in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians by skill, location, and availability.
• Document all interactions, orders, estimates, and notes in the system; assist with invoicing and daily office operations.
