Express Employment Professionals in Renton, WA is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, process payments, and maintain accurate account information. This on-site, full-time position offers training and opportunities for development.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and prior customer service experience. Strong communication, multitasking, and data-entry skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Detail oriented, able to multitask and stay organized.
• Strong data entry and MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answers incoming calls and makes required follow-up outbound calls.
• Performs image review when required.
• Processes toll transactions and video bills in the system: receives, processes, and deposits payments; updates accounts and video bills as to their status; and opens new accounts.
• Takes credit card payments over the phone for accounts, video notices, and new accounts.
• Dscribes correspondence via fax, mail, and web contact.
• Negotiates payments and fee reductions within established limits.
• Documents phone calls and actions in the database.
• Receives and processes account update requests from inbound calls and mail.
• Records daily work statistics and reports.
