Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• Engineering and trade licenses required per local/state/national requirements.
• CFC certification preferred.
• Developing familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems; BAS operation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems.
• Address service requests and tenant issues.
• Troubleshoot minor malfunctions and escalate when needed.
• Replace lighting fixtures and filters; maintain records of inspections.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and contractor oversight.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA/NFPA regulations.
