Job summary

Lincoln Property Company seeks a Building Engineer I to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems on-site. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to tenant requests, and work under the guidance of senior engineers.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, appropriate licenses, and comfort with BAS operation and work-order platforms. On-site work with safety training and OSHA/NFPA compliance is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• Engineering and trade licenses required per local, state, or national requirements.
• CFC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems.
• Address service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, and lighting issues.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate as needed.
