You will drive local business through prospecting, account expansion, and a hands-on leadership approach in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Sales experience in staffing strongly preferred.
• Proven success in new business development and meeting revenue quotas.
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.
• Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a plus.
• Self-motivated, competitive; thrives in a performance-driven culture.
• Leadership ability and comfort managing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand client base and drive branch revenue.
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Grow existing accounts by adding staffing solutions and deepening partnerships.
• Act as a player-coach - lead and coach recruiting team while managing personal client portfolio.
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements.
• Deliver on sales goals while driving branch profitability.
• Track competitor moves and market trends to stay ahead locally.
