Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in staffing sales and branch management is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet revenue quotas.
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.
• Leadership ability and comfort managing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth.
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calls, networking, and client visits with a consultative approach.
• Grow existing accounts by introducing staffing solutions and deepening client partnerships.
• Lead and coach a small recruiting team while managing your own client portfolio.
