Upgrade Resources is seeking a Selling Branch Manager for the Montgomery, AL area. This on-site role combines strategic leadership with active sales duties, focusing on building new business, expanding existing accounts, and coaching a recruiting team to deliver top-tier outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven outside B2B sales background in staffing, a track record of meeting revenue quotas, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment that rewards performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in staffing sales is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and meeting revenue quotas.
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth.
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding staffing solutions and deepening client partnerships.
• Lead and coach a small recruiting team while managing your own client portfolio.
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements.
• Deliver on sales goals and drive branch profitability.
• Monitor competitor moves and market trends to stay ahead locally.
