SURGE Staffing in Raleigh, NC seeks a Branch Manager to identify and secure new revenue growth for a defined geographic area. You will develop sales plans, prospect new accounts, and lead the sales process from call to close.

The role requires 3+ years of outside sales, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to travel. You will partner with staff to tailor solutions, build relationships, and meet revenue targets.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of outside direct sales experience with proven ability to develop strategies.
• Experience with consultative selling, cold calling, and closing techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet.
• Willingness to travel to various locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of the local area.

Responsabilidades

• Develop account sales plans for at least 30 target accounts.
• Identify prospects and create strategies to secure new business.
• Conduct prospect, active and inactive account calls.
• Lead and manage identified target accounts and create account plans.
• Collaborate with staff to enhance product knowledge and close sales.
• Support driving sales closure to shorten the sales cycle.
• Analyze prospect requirements to apply company solutions.
• Establish local business contacts and participate in events.
• Record all sales activity and complete required reports.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs.
• Perform other duties to ensure operations.
