FJ Group Accounting & Tax Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Data Entry Specialist to join our accounting team in North Plainfield, NJ.

The ideal candidate has prior bookkeeping experience, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to accurately maintain financial records with minimal supervision. You will enter and categorize transactions, reconcile bank and credit card statements, maintain QuickBooks records, and assist with accounts

Competenze

• Previous hands-on bookkeeping experience is required.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Enter and categorize financial transactions accurately.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain bookkeeping records using QuickBooks.
• Review transactions and identify discrepancies.
• Organize invoices, receipts, expenses, and payments.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements and other financial reports.
• Maintain organized and accurate client financial records.
• Support the accounting team with daily financial and administrative tasks.
