FJ Group Accounting & Tax Inc. is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper / Accounting Data Entry Specialist to join our team in North Plainfield, NJ. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting using QuickBooks.

The ideal candidate has hands-on bookkeeping experience, solid accounting knowledge, and strong Excel skills, with the ability to work independently in a strict on-site environment.

Competenze

• Previous hands-on bookkeeping experience is required.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in an accounting or tax preparation office preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Enter and categorize financial transactions accurately.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
