Sew Eyes Inc is seeking a full-time Junior Bookkeeper in Wayne, New Jersey to assist the lead bookkeeper with QuickBooks, data entry, payroll, and filing.

The role focuses on accurate data entry, basic accounts payable/receivable, and supporting HR and payroll tasks in a small business environment. Prior bookkeeping experience is preferred, with ADP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with QuickBooks.
• Previous accounting experience / knowledge is a plus.
• Preferred Associate degree in Accounting.
• Experience working in a small business is a plus.
• Experience with ADP is a plus.
• Basic accounting principles, accounts payable/receivable.
