Job summary

Raynor Door Company is seeking a dependable bookkeeper to support accounting and financial operations. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, perform reconciliations, and maintain accurate records while working independently to meet deadlines.

This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with Excel and accounting software (act!, MS Dynamics GP), and clear communication with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Familiarity with act!, MS Dynamics GP and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payables, including vendor invoices and payments.
• Manage accounts receivables, including customer invoicing and payment tracking.
• Perform cash and payment reconciliations and assist with month-end closing.
• Assist with bank and credit card reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support department with administrative accounting tasks.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and internal departments regarding billing and payments.
