Job summary

Pacific States Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Concord, CA office. This on-site role focuses on accurate invoicing, data integrity, and proactive customer service.

You will maintain Sage DM2 data and assist with NetSuite migration while providing back-up support for AR and office operations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in billing or customer service, strong Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail. A high school diploma is required, with some college a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service and/or billing experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/billing systems and data entry is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for a product line and track fees for add-on services.
• Support AR with invoicing and customer inquiries.
• Research and resolve billing issues including corrections.
• Maintain accuracy of customer data in the billing system (Sage DM2) during migration to NetSuite.
• File invoices and manage digital records.
• Provide phone backup when front office is busy.
• Cross-train to support other business lines as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
