Job summary

Pacific States Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our Concord, CA team. This on-site role focuses on processing invoices, supporting accounts receivable, and ensuring data accuracy in our billing systems like Sage DM2.

Applicants should have 3+ years in billing or customer service, excellent data entry skills, and strong Excel abilities. NetSuite experience is a plus as we migrate ERP systems. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with full-time on-site work.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in billing or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for a specific product line and track fees for services.
• Maintain active customer support for AR, including sending invoices and answering inquiries.
• Resolve billing issues and process invoice corrections.
• Maintain accuracy of customer data in the billing system (Sage DM2) and assist with NetSuite migration.
• File processed invoices and assist with digital file management.
• Provide phone backup when front office is busy.
• Cross-train in other lines of business to serve as backup.
